How to send a report
Open Feedback → Report a bug in the left nav. Fill in:
- What were you trying to do? — a single sentence is fine
- What happened? — what went wrong, screenshot is great but optional
- Steps to reproduce — only fill this in if it's reliably repeatable
- OK to contact you about this — tick if you're happy to be emailed back
The page you were on and your browser are attached automatically so we don't have to ask.
What happens next
The report lands directly in our inbox with the context you sent. If you ticked "OK to contact you", we'll reply with progress or any clarifying questions — usually same day for anything visibly broken.
If you didn't tick the contact box, we still see and act on the report, you just won't get a reply.
When to use it vs general feedback
- Report a bug — something's broken, behaving wrong, or showing an error message.
- Feedback (the page next to it) — for ideas, suggestions, wishes, things that work but you wish worked differently.
Both land in the same internal system; bug reports just get a higher-priority flag.
