What you need
The Teams plan. If you're on Solo, upgrade from Settings → Account → Manage subscription first — your existing data carries over.
Roles
Two roles for invited members:
- Admin — can do everything except billing and team management. Use this for a partner or a senior team member.
- Member — can build quotes, invoices, follow up enquiries and to-dos. Can't change settings.
The original signup is always the owner — the only seat with full control including billing. The owner can't currently be transferred (talk to support if you need this).
Sending an invite
- Settings → Team → Invite member.
- Enter their name, email, and pick a role.
- Send. They'll get an email with a one-click signup link.
- Their seat is "Pending" until they accept; once they sign up it flips to "Active" and they can log in.
Seats and billing
Teams starts with one seat included. Extra seats are an add-on — when you invite a second person, billing automatically adjusts on your next invoice. Same applies in reverse when you remove a seat.
You can see exactly how many seats you're paying for under Settings → Team.
Removing someone
Open their row under Settings → Team and hit Remove. They lose access immediately. Any quotes or invoices they built stay with the business — nothing is deleted with them.
