Cancelling
Open Settings → Account → Manage subscription. You'll be sent to Stripe (our billing partner) where you can cancel in two clicks. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, no last-day cliff.
What happens to your data
- Quotes, invoices, contacts, expenses, photos — all retained.
- Public page — still served (so any QR codes / leaflets you've printed keep working).
- You won't be able to send NEW quotes once the period ends.
Resubscribing later picks up exactly where you left off — same data, same custom URL, same brand.
Deleting your account entirely
If you want everything removed, use Settings → Account → Delete account. The flow is deliberately careful:
- Re-enter your password and type "Confirm Delete" exactly.
- We email a confirmation link to your login address. Until you click that link, nothing happens.
- Clicking the link starts a 30-day grace window. Your data is hidden immediately but actual deletion happens after 30 days.
- Sign in any time inside that window and hit "Cancel deletion" to back out.
After 30 days everything is unrecoverable, including any public links and QR codes.
If you ever get one of those confirmation emails without having asked for it, ignore it and change your password — a deletion can't proceed without clicking the link.
Pausing
We don't have a formal "pause" option yet — the closest is cancelling, which stops billing immediately and keeps all your data. Resubscribe whenever you're ready and your account picks up where it left off.
