Where to set it
Settings → Branding. Anything you set here surfaces on every customer-facing surface — no per-quote tweaking.
What you can set
- Logo — upload a square or wide logo (PNG recommended). Shows at 52px on quotes and invoices.
- Accent colour — picked once, it surfaces as the top strip and section dividers on every quote/invoice, the totals figure colour, and the action buttons on your customer-facing pages.
- Monogram fallback — 1–3 letters used when there's no logo, styled with your accent colour.
- Tagline — a short brand line shown under the business name.
Where it flows
Once set, your accent and logo appear automatically on:
- Every quote you send (public quote page + PDF)
- Every invoice (public invoice page + PDF)
- The top of your public enquiry page (
vontra.app/<your-url>) - Any printable leaflets or social posts generated from your brand
